Quality Policy
The Quality Policy of ENACT S.A. is as follows:
- To provide services that meet customer requirements as defined in the signed contracts
- To employ personnel selected by the President and CEO based on experience, skills, education, training and diligence
- To implement a continuous training and development program for personnel, conducted by specialized trainers
- To ensure and monitor the implementation of health and safety regulations by employees
- To apply a systematic quality control program for the services provided
- To systematically monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- To achieve the Quality Objectives set, through their effective management
- For the company’s name to serve as a guarantee of the quality of both its distributed products and services
To achieve the above, the company has documented and implements a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which covers all activities affecting the quality of its services and customer relations.
The Quality System is the main tool for the company’s development, improvement and further recognition in the market in which it operates, and it is fully supported by Management through the provision of resources and means for its effective implementation and improvement.
The Quality Policy established by the company is understood by all personnel and fulfilling it is part of their daily responsibility.
The continuous improvement of the company’s operation and the effectiveness of the Quality System, as well as our compliance with the applicable regulatory and legal requirements, constitute a commitment of the company’s Management and are based on the active participation and support of all employees.
