Recycling packaging materials
ENACT goes beyond the collection and transportation of waste to Sanitary Landfills (SL) and waste treatment facilities, by designing and implementing alternative packaging management programs aimed at:
- utilizing materials as secondary raw inputs,
- promoting reuse and recycling,
- raising environmental awareness among citizens, and
- integrating principles of Environmental Education at the local level.
The company is equipped with the necessary infrastructure and, either in collaboration with Collective Alternative Waste Management Systems or independently, organizes recycling programs for materials such as recycling paper, plastic, aluminum, glass, tin in:
- Municipalities
- Public services
- Schools, universities
- Hospitals
- Banks
- Malls
- Office buildings
- Industry
- Commercial businesses
